About Achievement Behavior Services (ABS):
Achievement Behavior Services is a boutique, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy agency founded in 2015 by experienced BCBAs and LCSWs. We provide 1:1 ABA services to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), helping them build communication, independence, and everyday life skills.
Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and reliable ABA Therapists to work in Great Neck, NY. This position offers consistent split-shift hours, making it ideal for candidates looking to fill both morning and after-school time blocks, along with optional weekend hours.
Schedule:
• Monday – Friday: 6:30 AM – 8:30 AM
• Monday – Friday: 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM
• Weekends: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Responsibilities:
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the home setting
• Implement individualized treatment plans

• Collaborate with supervisors and caregivers
Requirements:
• Experience working with children (ABA experience preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation
• High school diploma required (Bachelor’s preferred)
