About This Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team.

The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development.

This role requires a strong commitment to early childhood education principles and the ability to collaborate with parents and staff to support each child's growth.



What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging activities that meet the needs of children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Maintain open and regular communication with parents, fostering a collaborative relationship to support each child's growth.
  • Lead by example, setting a positive and productive team environment through coaching and modeling.
  • Create a safe and nurturing environment that encourages children to learn and grow.
  • Plan and lead age-appropriate activities that promote children's social, cognitive, and emotional growth.
  • Provide guidance and support to children, using positive reinforcement and developmental practices.


Requirements

Experience:

  • Must clear full background check
  • At least an Associate's Degree in early childhood education or related field of study with a minimum of 21 Credits in ECE.
  • A strong understanding of child development.
  • High energy and the ability to work well with others (staff, children, and parents) and to foster a team environment.
  • Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Minimum of 1 year of professional child care experience.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
