Job Description Overview

• Provide Excellent Customer Experience for potential and existing Customers
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing customers
• Answer questions and discuss product offerings with customers to help meet their unique needs
• Billing resolution
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell, develop new customer opportunities and grow the agency
• Assist agency owners with attaining agency goals
• consultative insurance reviews for prospective and current customers to ensure their coverages meet their needs
• complete and present insurance quotes to prospective and current customers
• maintain current customer accounts through policy changes and customer interactions
• follow up on sales leads and prospective customers

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Property & Casualty License obtained within 30 days of hire (not paid for by employer)
• Outgoing, upbeat, and positive personality
• Team Player
