Family Practice NP or PA for home medical care
patient advocates for community organizing and enrollment of at least one patient a day for 250 days
reason for opening?(adding or replacing)?
Development of a real local patient physician cooperative that is self sustaining
Joining other providers?(if so how many)?
We have 15 specialty types that can cover 30 practices who are all in one PLLC
Days/hours/shifts/weekend/call?
It is not an hourly job but it also is not a hospital so it is about a specific normal local population
Comp Range?
We will meet the needs of the person and be better than they could do in private practice if they understand what we are doing and why and really want o be a part of the medical reform,
Any Bonus structure?
The whole medical group earns bonuses and they get their share

If they are in a clinic it is about 16 but if they are in homes it is about 8 from our past experience
