We are looking for a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a guest-facing role. This position plays an important part in creating a welcoming first impression, supporting smooth daily operations, and delivering excellent service to every guest or visitor.

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests and visitors warmly and professionally upon arrival.
  • Check guests in and out efficiently while ensuring accuracy in all transactions.
  • Respond to questions, requests, and concerns in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Answer and route phone calls, take messages, and provide general information.
  • Maintain accurate records, update reservations or appointments, and process related paperwork.
  • Coordinate with other departments to help ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
  • Handle payments, receipts, and basic billing tasks as needed.
  • Keep the front desk area organized, presentable, and stocked with necessary materials.
  • Follow established procedures for safety, privacy, and confidentiality.
  • Support additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, reception, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Comfort using computers, phone systems, and common office software.
  • Ability to multitask while delivering a positive guest experience.
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays if required.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with reservation, scheduling, or property management systems.
  • Basic cash handling and reconciliation experience.
  • Knowledge of hospitality service standards and best practices.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse guests and team members.
