About the Role
As a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy, we are committed to delivering high-quality services that improve the lives of individuals with autism and related disorders. As our Clinical Director, you will play a crucial role in helping us establish our organization by recruiting the right team members, driving business development, and building essential systems and relationships.
Responsibilities
Help establish our organization by recruiting the right team members, driving business development, and building essential systems and relationships
Supervise and lead a team of clinicians, ensuring high-quality care and excellent outcomes
Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and national regulations
Collaborate with our team to build a comprehensive ABA therapy program
Build and maintain relationships with clients, families, and community partners
Identify opportunities for growth and drive business development to achieve strategic goals
Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
Licensed BCBA with hands-on clinical experience
Active New Jersey LBA license, required
Leadership instincts, with experience managing people and processes
Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, and willing to adapt to changing circumstances
Commitment to building something excellent, rather than just functional
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines

What We Offer
Annual salary: $80,000 - $100,000
