What You'll Be Doing

As a Baker at Communal Cafe, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our customers enjoy fresh, high-quality baked goods every day. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and baking a variety of pastries, breads, and other baked goods.
• Following recipes and maintaining consistency in quality and presentation.
• Managing kitchen prep and ensuring cleanliness and organization in the baking area.
• Collaborating with the team to meet daily production goals.
• Monitoring inventory and assisting with ordering supplies as needed.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a talented baker who brings both skill and enthusiasm to the table. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of baking experience in a professional setting.
• A strong understanding of baking techniques and attention to detail.
• The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
• A passion for creating baked goods that delight our customers.
