What You’ll Do:
As an Off-Premise Catering Setup & Service Worker, you’ll be responsible for transporting, setting up, servicing, and breaking down catered events at locations on campus. Your responsibilities will include:
- Loading, transporting, and unloading catering equipment, food, beverages, and supplies for off-site events.
- Setting up buffet stations, beverage service areas, dining spaces, and event equipment according to event specifications.
- Providing professional and courteous food and beverage service to guests.
- Maintaining food safety, sanitation, and presentation standards throughout each event.
- Monitoring and replenishing food, beverages, utensils, and supplies as needed.
- Assisting with event breakdown, cleanup, and return of equipment and supplies.
- Working closely with catering supervisors and team members to ensure successful event execution.
You'll play a vital role in delivering memorable catering experiences for university clients, community partners, and special event guests throughout the Denver area.
