A Place at Home Pearland is a growing home care agency looking for a Business Development & Marketing Manager to help us expand our presence in the Pearland, Friendswood, League City and Clear Lake communities.

This is a hands-on, outside marketing and business development position for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, networking, and creating opportunities.

• Develop relationships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, senior living communities, physicians, social workers, hospice organizations, and other referral partners.

• Conduct regular in-person marketing visits and community outreach.

• Generate new referral and client opportunities through networking, events, presentations, and relationship building.

• Represent A Place at Home Pearland at community events and professional networking opportunities.

• Schedule and participate in lunch-and-learns and educational presentations.

• Follow up consistently with referral sources and potential opportunities.

• Utilize and keep the company CRM up to date by documenting marketing activities, tracking leads and referrals, and maintaining accurate contact information.

• Track marketing activities, referrals, leads, and results.

• Work closely with ownership and operations to turn opportunities into new clients.

• Friendly, confident, and professional personality.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Comfortable with outside sales, networking, and making face-to-face connections.

• Self-motivated, organized, and persistent with follow-up.

• Creative and willing to think outside the box to generate business.

• Experience in home care, senior living, healthcare, hospice, outside sales, marketing, or business development is preferred.

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the service area.
