We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our outpatient primary care team. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and improving access to helathcare within the community.The position is 100% outpatient. You will work as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team focused on providing comprehensive primary and preventive care to a diverse patient population.Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients across the lifespan, as appropriate to training and experienceEvaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditionsPerform routine physical examinations and preventive health screeningsDevelop and implement individualized treatment plansOrder and interpret appropriate laboratory and diagnostic studiesPrescribe medications and treatments within scope of practiceEducate patients regarding preventive care, chronic disease management, medications, and healthy lifestyle choicesCoordinate care with Physicians, behavioral health professionals, MA staff, specialists and community resourcesMaintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health recordSupport quality improvement initiatives and FQHC clinical performance measuresProvie culturally responsive, compassionate care to underserved and medically vulnerable populationsQualifications:Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant programCurrent or eligible NP or PA licensure in GeorgiaCurrent national board certificationDEA registration or eligibility to obtainCurrent BLS certificationStrong clinical judgement, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively within a team-based care environmentCommitment to serving diverse and underserved patient populationsPrimary care, Family medicine, internal medicine, or community health experience preferredNew graduates may be considered depending on training and clinical experienceBenefits include:Competitive compensationMedical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and paid holidaysRetirement planContinuing medical education allowance and CME timeProfessional liability coverageLicensing and professional fee supportEligibility for federal or state loan repayment programsPotential eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)Predictable outpatient scheduleCompany submitted, paid for, received and reviewed Background Check required before start date.
