What You’ll Be Doing

As a Retail Floor Sales Associate, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers with product selection and providing top-notch service.
• Organizing and maintaining the sales floor to ensure it’s clean, presentable, and well-stocked.
• Handling rentals for surfboards, stand-up paddleboards, and other beach gear.
• Lifting and moving surfboards, paddleboards, and boxes as needed.
• Answering customer questions and sharing your knowledge of our products and services.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• The ability to stand for 4-6 hours and lift surfboards, paddleboards, and boxes.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for our customers.
