Store Manager

Once Upon A Child Odessa in Odessa, TX is looking for a full time hands-on manager to lead our 16 person strong team. We are located on 3141 E University Blvd. Our ideal candidate is professional, mature, self-driven, punctual, and hard-working with prior general management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ability to perform all necessary store functions correctly
• Recruit, hire, and train employees and monitor operations to ensure customers expectations are exceeded
• Staff and schedule appropriately to control labor costs
• Resolve conflicts that may arise from customers or employees in a professional manner
• Support and execute all buys as per directed process efficiencies.
• Manage all customer buys to ensure we maintain productivity and profitability standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a store manager - Minimum 2 years of management experience required
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
• Punctual
• Attentive to details
• Mature
• Open availability
