Daycare Teacher

The Childcare Teacher is responsible for providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children while supporting their social, emotional, physical, and educational development. The teacher will plan and participate in age-appropriate activities, maintain a clean and organized classroom, communicate positively with families and coworkers, and follow all childcare center policies and Virginia licensing requirements.

The ideal teacher is dependable, patient, caring, energetic, and passionate about working with young children.

• Clean classroom/ keep organized
• Tend to the children In your care
• Maintain schedules of the day
• Create fun and engaging lesson plans
• Maintain and keep a fun and safe environment

• 16 yrs and older
• high school diploma 9 unless still in the works)

• Some childcare experience ( will give if need)
• CPR an first aid
• Required training hours

• Flexible Schedule
