- Bonus based on performance
- Dental insurance
- Free uniforms
- Health insurance
- Opportunity for advancement
- Training & development

What You'll Do
- Lead, support, and hold accountable a team of hose service technicians
- Field incoming calls and dispatch techs to service locations, the nerve center of the one-hour promise
- Keep techs equipped: manage inventory, forecast needs, place purchase orders, and keep fill-rates high so no one drives back for a part
- Drive service quality through training, coaching, and consistent standards
- Keep equipment maintained and ready
- Jump in on hose assembly and installation at the shop or in the field when needed
- Help drive revenue through customer development and day-to-day support
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- $63,000 to $68,000 to start, depending on experience, plus a quarterly performance bonus tied to what you control: team utilization, emergency-response times, inventory fill-rate, and margin discipline. As we open our second territory, your base steps up and you take on both, first in line to lead.
- Employer-paid life insurance from day one, and health insurance after a 90-day onboarding period (we cover 50% of your premium), with dental and vision available at group rates and a retirement plan planned as we grow
- You use your own vehicle for work travel, including parts runs, reimbursed for mileage at the IRS standard rate, plus a company phone
- Paid training with travel and lodging covered, and free uniforms
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years in a supervisory or team-lead role
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills, comfortable juggling priorities under pressure
- Solid computer and software acumen for dispatch and inventory management
- Mechanically inclined, comfortable with hand tools and equipment; able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Industrial, mechanical, or construction background a plus
- Read, write, and communicate in English
- Work well individually and as part of a team
- Ability to pass a background check and drug and alcohol testing
