Responsibilities:

• Assist the dietary team in preparing and serving nutritious meals to our residents, adhering to our center's high standards of quality and presentation
• Maintain accurate records of food production, inventory, and quality control
• Clean and maintain the dietary department, including equipment and storage areas
• Assist with food preparation, including meal planning, food preparation, and serving
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to our center's policies and procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in food service or a related field preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality and adhere to our center's policies and procedures
