• Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors, addressing concerns and questions in a timely and professional manner

• Collaborate with the care team to develop individualized care plans and ensure residents receive the highest quality care

• Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall resident experience

Requirements:
