Job Title: RN Manager - Acute Care Telemetry

Location: On-site, near Pearland, TX

Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 + Sign-on bonus + Relocation Assistance

They are currently hiring a full-time, permanent RN Manager - Acute Care Telemetry position. Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced and dedicated RN Manager - Acute Care Telemetry to oversee and manage the daily operations of the telemetry department. In this leadership role, you will ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care while fostering a positive and supportive environment for staff and patients.


Key Responsibilities:


• Provide supervision and guidance to the telemetry nursing team to deliver exceptional patient care.

• Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality.

• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, hospital policies, and regulatory standards.

• Monitor patient care standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.

• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other departments to coordinate care delivery.

• Manage staffing, budgets, and resources to optimize departmental performance.

• Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for nursing staff.

• Participate in strategic planning and support organizational goals.


Qualifications:


• Active RN license in Texas or compact state eligibility.

• BSN required; MSN or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in acute care telemetry, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Proven ability to drive quality improvement initiatives and manage departmental resources effectively.
