Hard Surface LVP Installers

We are seeking skilled and experienced LVP Subcontractor Installers to join our team at MDG Flooring America – Kiba Studios. Successful candidates will have a proven track record of installing luxury vinyl plank flooring in both glue-down and click-together formats. To excel in this role, one must possess a solid understanding of floor tolerance, subfloor flattening, and necessary patchwork to achieve flawless installations. Our locations in North Olmsted, Medina, and Akron offer opportunities to work in and around these areas.

• Pay is structured as a sub-contractor position paid by piece work, with rates varying by project type and scope.

• Installation of luxury vinyl plank flooring using both glue-down and click-together methods will be a primary responsibility.
• Candidates must be able to assess and correct floor tolerance issues before proceeding with the installation.
• Subfloor flattening and necessary patchwork will be crucial to ensuring smooth and successful installations.
• Layouts and cuts must be precise to guarantee clean and professional results.
• Keeping the job site clean and organized, both daily and at the final stage, is essential to meeting our company standards.
• A focus on safe, organized, and efficient work practices at all times is required.
• Effective communication with project managers, team members, and clients is vital to success in this role.

• Must have proven experience installing luxury vinyl plank flooring.

• Reliable transportation and professional tools are a must.
• Must have a reliable vehicle capable of hauling materials and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
