Nutrition Service Associate

Indrotec is hiring Nutrition Services Assistants for the 2026–2027 school year in St. Paul Public Schools. In this role, you’ll help prepare and serve meals that fuel students’ days while working in a welcoming, team-oriented environment. This opportunity offers consistent weekday hours, meaningful work, and the chance to make an everyday impact in local schools. Positions are expected to start in late August to early September 2026.

Position Highlights:

• Weekly Pay: $17.00–$18.00/hour
• Consistent Schedule: Monday–Friday only
• Hours: Shifts typically between 6:00 AM–3:30 PM
• Flexible Locations: Opportunities across St. Paul schools
• Easy Commute: Many sites are accessible by public transportation

What You’ll Do

• Help prepare and serve nutritious meals to students
• Keep kitchen areas clean, organized, and safe
• Stock supplies and ensure everything is ready for daily service
• Work alongside a supportive team to keep operations running smoothly
• Provide friendly, positive service to students and school staff

What We’re Looking For

• Availability to work weekdays during school hours
• Availability to travel between locations if needed
• A team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Basic math and organizational skills
• A positive, professional attitude
• Food service experience is a plus—but not required!

Physical Requirements:

• Frequently lift up to 25 lbs.; occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Push/pull carts and supplies up to 75 lbs.
• Stand and move throughout the shift in a busy kitchen environment

Benefits: Health care insurance benefits available first of the month following 60 days of employment. Thirty (30) hours worked per week must be averaged in order to maintain coverage. 401k enrollment is available per the Secure Act guidelines.
