Description:
\tSupports accounting, estimating, cost analysis, tax, or other business objectives through collecting, processing, and distributing cost or financial data. Activities include collection and disbursement transactions with employees, suppliers, and customers, in accounts payable and receivable, travel accounting, payroll, and disbursement control. Reviews transactions for compliance with established requirements. Processes financial documents and reports and performs basic reconciliations. Assists in resolving discrepancies by coordinating with employees, suppliers, customers, and other organizations.
\tRequirements:
\tHIGH SCHOOL AND 4 YEARS OF RELATED EXPERIENCE, associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
\tStrong experience in AP & SAP
\tMust work onsite
\t1st shift hours TBD once hired
\tFamiliar with Invoicing systems
\tStrong communications experience with internal and external customers
