We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Express Service Technician to join our growing team. What You’ll Do:
As an Express Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing light maintenance and repairs on Kia vehicles with a focus on efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, battery checks, and other routine maintenance services
- Inspect and top off fluid levels, replace air filters, and perform multi-point inspections
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and tools
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members
- Follow all safety procedures and dealership guidelines
- Ensure customer vehicles are handled with care and returned in excellent condition
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Automotive technician training or previous service experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Basic understanding of automotive systems and tools
- Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude
- Willingness to learn and take direction
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience at a dealership or quick lube center
- Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications a plus
- Familiarity with Kia vehicles or OEM systems
