Responsibilities:
What you’ll do:
- Prepare and maintain listing paperwork, files, and databases
- Schedule listing appointments and coordinate showings
- Answer calls, respond to emails, and provide administrative support
Qualifications:
What you bring (must-haves):
HS diploma or equivalent; strong organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office; experience in real estate or customer service preferred
Valid Texas driver's license
Nice-to-haves:
MLS and transaction platform knowledge
Texas real estate license or pursuing one
