We are looking for an energetic, polished, and hospitality-driven Barista & Resident Concierge to help bring the Arthur experience to life. This unique position combines the warmth and creativity of a boutique café with the personalized service of a luxury hotel.

PCP is a multifamily development company focused on land acquisition, development, and long-term holdings in high-growth lifestyle markets. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a wide range of guest services for our tenants. The shift schedule will be 4 pm to 12 am and may include weekends.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the front desk and cleanliness of the front lobby.
  • Provide coffee and barista services including preparing coffee, specialty latte’s and espresso for residents and guests.
  • Monitor security cameras, walk property, and adhere to all security protocols.
  • Maintain situational awareness to identify suspicious activity, safety hazards and security concerns.
  • Enforce access control and visitor management.
  • Assist in planning and attending Resident events.
  • Provide excellent customer service and information to residents at their request, as well as assisting prospective residents, vendors, contractors and visitors as needed.
  • Conduct business in a manner representative of the community. This role is a primary contact between the residents, prospective residents, and the company.
  • Promote positive and proactive resident relations by working to make the living experience the highest quality.
  • Respond to complaints, follow-up on work orders, and handle general customer service needs of the property and residents.
  • Receive, log and distribute packages for residents.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

%CF; A high school education or equivalent is required. A college degree or equivalent is preferred.

%CF; Working knowledge of Word, Excel as well as Internet Explorer.

%CF; Excellent interpersonal, motivational, writing, management and leadership skills

%CF; Outgoing, friendly personality

%CF; Good organizational skills, follow-up and follow through

%CF; Marketing and budgeting experience

%CF; Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time

%CF; Exceptional communication, customer service and people

%CF; Self-motivated; can work independently Detail-oriented

%CF; Hotel, hospitality or other service experience a plus
