The Home Visitor plans and implements educational and social activities for families with young children and pregnant women.
The home visitor delivers services in the home environment (remotely when needed) and in a group setting
The home visitor will implement a program model and curriculum.
In this role, the home visitor supports families with linkage to social service programs.
