What You'll Do
Responsibilities:
'05; Provide a warm and engaging classroom environment that fosters social, emotional, and physical growth in infants.
'05; Develop and implement daily schedules for feeding, diapering, naps, and playtime that meet the needs of each child.
'05; Establish and maintain open communication with parents and caregivers to ensure a collaborative approach to infant care.
'05; Document and celebrate developmental milestones, and ensure that the classroom environment is clean and safe.
'05; Support the cognitive development of infants through play-based learning and interactive activities.
Requirements
Qualifications:
'14; Strong preference for experience working with infants in a childcare or educational setting
'14; Familiarity with child development and age-appropriate practices is essential
'14; Certification in CPR and First Aid is a requirement (candidates must be willing to obtain)
'14; Effective communication and teamwork skills are a must
'14; A genuine love for working with young children is a necessity
