Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor – Overnight 11PM–7AM
Earn $48.00–$50.00 per hour PLUS a $3.00/hour Overnight Shift Differential

As a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor, you will:
Supervise nursing staff during your assigned shift
Oversee medication administration, treatments, blood draws, and resident care
Conduct routine nursing rounds throughout the facility
Mentor and educate nursing staff while promoting quality care
Communicate with residents and families regarding care needs
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
Collaborate with the Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, and Administrator
Help maintain a safe, compassionate, and resident-focused environment
Current, unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Passion for delivering exceptional resident care
