PARKING FACILITIES MAINTENANCE PORTER

Full-Time Position

Downtown Seattle

Must have own transportation

$21.30 PER HOUR

Wed-Sun 7a-3p

Responsibilities and Duties: this is a maintenance position.

Cleaning is required (sweeping, trash collection, cleaning windows, blowing sidewalks, removing bird waste, removing graffiti, occasional parking payment management, and any basic cleaning duties)

• Highly appeasing individual with a service mentality
• Courteous and friendly
• Able to communicate effectively
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Able to drive a golf cart and have a valid DL
  
  

Qualifications and Skills for Parking Facility Maintenance:

• 1 year of Customer Service & cleaning experience is preferred

• High School education or equivalent
  
  
• Ability to verbally communicate clearly in the English language

• Must have valid DL

• Must have a vehicle to drive to locations.
