We are seeking a dependable, safety-focused Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in our Woburn, MA location.The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for performing the duties of various warehouse positions while assisting management in overseeing daily department operations, coordinating workflow, supporting team members, and ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are maintained.RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:Promote teamwork and a safe and positive work environment.Assist the department in preparing, coordinating, and delegating work.Monitor associates to ensure work is performed safely, productively, and according to work instructions.Provide technical guidance and assistance to associates with questions and concerns.Train new associates and assist supervisor in verifying satisfactory performance of job duties.Identify employee relations issues and consult with supervision and/or management.Assist with scheduling staff and time off based on departmental needs.Assist the manager with preparing and delivering performance evaluations.Process and complete related clerical and administrative tasks.Participate in training and development opportunities.EDUCATION High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.EXPERIENCE Previous warehouse experience required.SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, ABILITY Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to analyze and problem solve. Previous leadership and supervision experience preferred. Working knowledge of email/Microsoft Outlook is required. Metalware and Microsoft Office products experience preferred. Proven record of leadership potential.
