Job Description
Position Summary
Under regular supervision, the Server/Bartender provides exceptional guest service and supports the delivery of a high-quality dining experience within an immersive hospitality environment. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Supervisor, Food & Beverage Operations Manager, and Senior Director of Hospitality and Guest Experience, this position is responsible for serving food and beverages, supporting daily restaurant operations, and contributing to overall guest satisfaction. The role works closely with kitchen, bar, and hospitality team members to ensure efficient service, maintain operational standards, and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This seasonal position requires evening and weekend availability, with shifts scheduled Thursday through Sunday during the immersive hospitality experience season (approximately October through December), averaging 20 to 30 hours per week.
Duties & Responsibilities
Guest Service
- Greet guests promptly and warmly
- Answer questions about food, beverages, and allergens
- Make recommendations
- Provide exceptional, attentive, friendly service throughout the dining experience
Order Management
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Enter orders correctly into the POS system
- Communicate dietary restrictions or allergens to the kitchen and bar
- Verify order accuracy before delivery
- Process payments accurately, handle credit cards. Balance receipts and tips according to company procedures.
Food & Beverage Service
- Deliver food and drinks in a timely manner
- Follow company and state rules regarding safe alcohol service
- Check food quality and presentation before serving
- Clear used plates, utensils and flatware
- Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve concerns quickly
Restaurant Operations
- Set and maintain clean, organized tables
- Complete opening, running, and closing side work
- Restock service stations and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
Teamwork
- Coordinate with supervisors, bar, kitchen
- Assist coworkers during busy periods
- Communicate guest needs and operational issues
- Support overall experience efficiency and guest satisfaction

Education & Experience
- Requires a high school diploma of GED equivalent supplemented by at least three years of experience in the hospitality industry, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities
- Experience in fine dining preferred.
- Basic cocktail beverage knowledge required.
- Knowledge of dining etiquette.
- Must be at least 21 years of age
