Job Description
Pj's Coffee of New Orleans in Rome, GA is looking for baristas to join our team. We are located on 402 E. 2nd Ave Rome, GA 30161. The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages while providing exceptional customer. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages to company standards
- Take customer orders accurately and handle payments
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and dining areas
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and addressing their needs
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Restock supplies and assist with inventory as needed
Qualifications
- High integrity with a great attendance record
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Previous barista experience preferred
Schedule/Compensation
- Part time / $10-$12 per hour plus tips
