Maintenance - 2nd Shift

2nd shift Maintenance Apply at: https://friendshipvillageiowa.applicantpro.com/jobs/Friendship Village Retirement Community is looking to fill a 2nd shift Maintenance position. In this position you provide service to our residents and staff by completing general maintenance requests as well as assist with the transportation of residents and building security. The ideal candidate must have general maintenance/handyman experience, be flexible as duties being performed can change at a monuments notices. Must have an upbeat personality and attitude making residents feel confident, comfortable and cared for. Working hours are generally 2pm to 10pm Monday through Friday with rotating weekends, holidays and on call hours. Flexibility to work 3rd shift as needed.Qualifications:18 years of age Must have Transportation and valid driver's licenseAbility to lift up to 100 lbs.Prior maintenance experience requiredAbility to communicate effectivelyAbility to work independently and as part of a team.Work involves moderate to heavy work in all types of weather.
