Maxion Management is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Enterprise Operationsto provide operational leadership across its growing portfolio of healthcare businesses, including Engle Dentistry, Renú Skin & Wellness, Prestige Dental Art, and future affiliated ventures.

This position serves as a key member of the leadership team and is responsible for ensuring the organization's vision is translated into exceptional day-to-day execution. Working closely with the Practice Owner, Vice President of Operations, Clinical Director, and department leads, the Director of Enterprise Operations will foster collaboration, drive accountability, improve operational performance, and support the continued growth of the organization.

The ideal candidate is an experienced operational leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-business environment and is passionate about building systems, developing people, and creating an exceptional experience for both patients and employees.

Requirements:

The Director of Enterprise Operations will oversee the daily operations of multiple healthcare businesses, ensuring that each location operates efficiently, consistently, and in alignment with the organization's mission and standards. This individual will serve as the operational liaison between executive leadership and department leads, helping prioritize initiatives, remove barriers, improve communication, and ensure strategic objectives are successfully implemented.

Success in this role requires someone who can balance high-level strategic thinking with hands-on operational leadership. The Director of Enterprise Operations must be comfortable analyzing business performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, leading organizational change, and partnering with leaders across all departments to create sustainable growth.


The Director of Enterprise Operations will provide oversight of the daily operations for EngleDentistry, Renú Skin & Wellness, Prestige Dental Art, and future affiliated businesses. This includes evaluating operational performance, improving efficiencies, standardizing processes, and ensuring each business consistently delivers an outstanding patient and client experience.

Working alongside department leads, the Director will provide coaching, guidance, and support while fostering accountability and professional development throughout the organization. Rather than managing every daily task, this role focuses on empowering leaders, improving communication between departments, and ensuring teams have the resources, direction, and support necessary to be successful.

The Director will regularly review operational and financial performance indicators, identify trends, and collaborate with executive leadership to develop strategies that improve profitability, productivity, patient satisfaction, employee engagement, and long-term organizational growth. This includes monitoring key metrics such as scheduling efficiency, production, collections, patient retention, membership growth, provider utilization, payroll efficiency, and operational expenses.


In partnership with the Vice President of Operations and Practice Owner, the Director of Enterprise Operations will lead the implementation of strategic initiatives, technology enhancements, new service offerings, operational improvements, and future acquisitions. This role will be expected to coordinate projects across multiple businesses while ensuring priorities remain aligned with the organization's strategic goals.

The Director will also champion a culture of operational excellence by promoting continuous improvement, encouraging collaboration between departments, and maintaining high standards of professionalism, accountability, and customer service throughout the organization.


Candidates should possess a Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and progressive leadership experience. A minimum of seven years of operations leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a multi-site healthcare, dental, medical aesthetics, or professional services environment.


The successful candidate will demonstrate strong financial and business acumen, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and the ability to lead through influence while building strong relationships across diverse teams. Experience overseeing multiple business units, implementing operational improvements, leading organizational change, and developing high-performing teams is highly desirable.
