Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of children? Inspire Kids Behavioral Health is looking for full-time Mental Health Therapists to join our clinical team in the Cleveland area. We currently have multiple openings across our outpatient center and school-based programs, and we work with each candidate to find the setting and schedule that best fits their strengths and lifestyle.

Center-Based Therapist I — Monday through Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm, based at our outpatient center in Garfield Heights

School-Based Therapist — Monday through Friday, school hours, serving schools throughout the Cleveland area (home base Garfield Heights)

All three positions offer the same compensation, benefits, and clinical focus — supporting children ages 4-12 through developmentally appropriate, evidence-based practices in a close-knit, interdisciplinary team environment. No late evenings, no weekends across all three.

Responsibilities:

- Complete assessments, create treatment plans, and monitor progress

- Lead social-emotional skill-building groups, individual therapy, or group therapy depending on setting

- Partner closely with parents, caregivers, and (for school-based) school staff to support progress

- Provide compassionate crisis intervention and safety planning when needed

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to whole-child care

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in a mental health field

- Ohio state licensure (LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, MFT, IMFT, CT, SWT, MFTT, or similar)

- 2 or more years of mental health experience, preferably with children

- Experience with play-based, trauma-informed, and behavioral interventions

- Comfort navigating crisis situations with calm and clarity

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required for school-based, preferred for center-based)

- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
