Join Our Team!Medical Analysis is seeking an experienced, compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join one of our employer-sponsored health clinics in Springfield, TN. Full-time, part-time and PRN opportunities are available.This is a great opportunity for a provider who enjoys primary care, building relationships with patients, and delivering high-quality care in a more personalized setting outside of a traditional high-volume medical practice.About the PositionOur providers deliver primary, preventive, and occupational healthcare services to employees and other eligible patients. Responsibilities include:Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditionsProvide primary, preventive, and wellness carePerform physical exams and health assessmentsOrder and interpret appropriate diagnostic and laboratory testingPrescribe medications and develop treatment plansProvide patient education and chronic condition managementPerform occupational health services as applicableMaintain accurate and timely EHR documentationCoordinate referrals and follow-up careCollaborate with physicians and clinical staff to provide an excellent patient experienceQualificationsMinimum of 3 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician AssistantActive, unrestricted and unencumbered Tennessee NP or PA license, or eligibility to obtainGraduate of an accredited NP or PA program with current national board certificationCurrent BLS/CPR certification or ability to obtainDEA registration or eligibility to obtain, if applicableStrong clinical, communication and independent decision-making skillsCommitment to compassionate, patient-centered carePreferred: Experience in primary care, family medicine, urgent care, occupational health, or employer-sponsored healthcare; DOT Medical Examiner experience/certification; and experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW).Why Medical Analysis?Monday–Friday schedule with no working nights, weekends, holidays or on-call!Our employer-sponsored clinic model allows providers to focus on what matters most - taking care of patients.
