Schedule: Full time, 40 hours/week
Pay: For Qualified Technicians up to $50 / hour

Signing Bonus: Up to $5,000

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair Class 8 trucks and equipment — engine, aftertreatment, electrical, drivetrain, HVAC, brakes
• Perform preventative maintenance and DOT inspections
• Use OEM diagnostic software to troubleshoot and resolve faults efficiently
• Document repairs accurately and communicate clearly with service advisors and customers
• Mentor newer technicians and help build the next generation of our shop
• Keep your bay and the shop clean, organized, and safe

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a diesel technician in a dealership, fleet, or independent shop
• Ability to diagnose independently and see a repair through to the finish
• Valid driver's license (CDL a plus, not required)
• Your own hand tools — we supply the specialty and diagnostic equipment
• ASE and/or OEM certifications welcome; we'll pay to advance them
