As the Unit Manager, you will oversee the daily clinical operations of an assigned nursing unit while ensuring the delivery of high-quality resident care. You will lead, mentor, and support nursing staff while maintaining compliance with all state and federal regulations.
ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily operations of an assigned nursing unit
Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff to promote quality resident care
Monitor resident care plans and clinical outcomes
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
Ensure compliance with CMS, state, and federal regulations
Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives
Assist with survey readiness and regulatory compliance
Support staff development and employee engagement
Participate in the weekend on-call rotation
Required
Active, unrestricted RN or LPN license in North Carolina
Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care (SNF/LTC) facility
Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong knowledge of CMS regulations and survey readiness
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
