As a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor at Valley Manor Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Coopersburg, Pennsylvania, you will play a vital role in leading our team of nurses and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care. About the Role:
As a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of nurses and healthcare professionals to ensure that our patients receive the highest quality care. You will be responsible for:
Supervising and mentoring a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals
Developing and implementing individualized care plans for patients
Coordinating patient care with other departments and healthcare providers
Providing leadership and guidance to ensure that our patients receive exceptional care
Maintaining accurate records and reports
Participating in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes
Requirements:
Current RN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania
