Position Summary

The Dining Server is responsible for providing exceptional meal service to residents in a warm, respectful, and efficient manner. This role helps create a welcoming dining experience while supporting residents’ comfort, safety, and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is service-minded, attentive, and compassionate toward seniors.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve meals to residents in the dining room and designated areas

• Ensure meals are delivered accurately and timely

• Assist with dining room setup and cleanup

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards

• Observe residents during meals and report concerns as appropriate

• Communicate effectively with culinary and care teams

• Support a positive, resident-centered dining experience

What We Are Looking For

• Previous dining, hospitality, or senior living experience preferred

• Strong customer service skills and positive attitude

• Dependable and team-oriented

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Compassionate approach when working with seniors

• Ability to work assigned schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
