Central Supply Clerk

Main Function:

Performs activities associated with the receiving, storing and replenishing supplies

Duties and Responsibilities

- Receive deliveries into building, checking packing slips for purchase orders for any discrepancies

- Perform functions relative to receiving, storing and inventory control of the supplies utilized throughout the facility

- Maintain the Central Supply are in an organized fashion, reviewing expiration dates, and restocking routinely

- Ensure needed supplies are delivered to the floors as ordered in good conditions and on time

-Restock each unit's stock room, as well as any other indicated storage areas, according to the par levels indicated weekly.

- Deliver and pick up broken/repaired equipment

- Follow the supply requisition system to monitor product utilization and avoid over-supply

- Perform other duties as requested.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Lifting, bending, pushing and pulling up to 50 LBS. This job requires long periods of physical work.

QUALIFICATIONS:

-High school Diploma

-Familiarity with inventory, ordering, and purchasing systems, bills offloading, freight bills

- Must be organized

-Must have computer Knowledge/ experience that consist of Microsoft office and excel

-Must have working knowledge of Outlook

SHIFT DESCRIPTION:

7:00 am to 3:00 P.M on Monday- Friday

Must be available to provide full time coverage for colleagues on vacation
