Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care and assessments as a licensed RN on site.
Develop and update patient care plans based on assessments and goals.
Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions per protocol.
Document patient status, interventions, and outcomes in electronic health records.
Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, safety protocols, and privacy laws.
Collaborate with physicians and team members to coordinate care.
Utilize performance metrics and KPIs to drive care quality and efficiency.
Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and discharge plans.
Identify opportunities for professional development and pursue relevant training.
Support recruitment and onboarding of new nursing staff by sharing best practices.
Participate in ongoing pipeline and territory planning to forecast demand and staffing needs.
Experience/Qualifications
Active RN license and current clinical competency in patient assessments.
Provide direct, on-site patient care with accurate documentation in EHR.
Administer medications per protocol; monitor adverse reactions.
Ensure regulatory compliance, safety protocols, and patient privacy.
Develop and update individualized care plans based on assessments.
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team for coordinated care.
Utilize KPIs and performance metrics to improve care quality and efficiency.
Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and discharge plans.
Identify learning needs and pursue relevant nursing development/training.
Participate in pipeline and territory planning to forecast staffing needs.
Ability to work in a high-visibility, metrics-driven environment.
Support recruitment and onboarding; share best practices with team.
