Pay: $41,600.00 - $46,800.00 per year

Job description:

BOOKKEEPER / ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT:

• Collaborating with Dealership CFO on Accounting functions/duties

• Coordinating Office Schedule with Office Manager and Part-time Secretaries
• Distributing incoming phone calls, in conjunction with Office Manager, to Dealership Staff.
• Maintaining and reconciling Balance Sheet Account Reconciliations (Accounts Receivable, Warranty Receivable, Contracts In-Transit, Cash, Accounts Payable, Work In Process, etc.)
• Entering New & Used Vehicles into Dealership Inventory
• Processing Service Repair Orders & Parts Counter Tickets (recording in General Ledger & Processing Payments)
• Working with Parts Department to maintain Parts Inventory

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
