Immediately hiring Part Time Legal Intake Customer Support in our Nashville location!At Legal Intake Professionals, our customer support agents are dedicated professionals who excel at customer service and enjoy helping others. In this crucial role, you are on the front lines, responding to a high volume of phone inquiries and addressing each with care, detail, and more importantly-empathy! Can you provide superior customer service and a positive experience to callers and clients in a fast-paced environment? If so, this job is for you!Customer service experience is a plus but not required.This is an in-office position.Your job will be receiving incoming client calls, follow detailed scripts, fill out intake forms while talking to clients, and receive calls electronically and by live transfer. You will need to set the tone and pace of your calls while maintaining a professional attitude and showing empathy and patience with potential clients.To be successful in this role, you must have:Good verbal and written communication skills, specifically: spelling, grammar, and dictionA professional phone voice that shows customer care and concernActive-listening skills to ensure client information is gathered correctly and fullyThe ability to ask appropriate questionsThe ability to converse with various personalities and to collect pertinent details to determine viability of their claimsAccurate and fast typing skillsPC/Computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environmentA flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidaysA High School Diploma or GED, and must be 18 years of ageCompensation: $20 / Hour with perfect attendance.Perfect Attendance is considered being on time for the start of your shift, leaving and coming back on time from any breaks during your shift, and fully completing your assigned shift. Compensation without perfect attendance is $18 / Hour.Shifts Offered:Part TimeVarious schedules ranging from 7am-11pm CST with an assortment of days off.You must be available to work a Saturday OR Sunday each week.You must be very punctual with great attendance.Training will last approximately three weeks, Mon-Fri from 7am-11am or 4pm-8pm.
