Product Air is building a dominant home service company in the Pacific Northwest and sales is the engine that drives growth.

We’re looking for a motivated, coachable, and driven Sales Advisor who wants to master communication, and grow into a high-earning professional.

This is not a “sit behind a desk” job.
This is face-to-face, in-home advisory sales.

Full-time position. Compensation includes performance-based commission. Guaranteed 10% commission

Sales experience is a plus but not required.
We will train the right person.

What You’ll Do

• Meet with homeowners to discuss HVAC replacement or upgrade options
• Build trust and educate customers on system choices
• Present clear, professional solution options
• Work alongside service technicians and install teams
• Follow up with customers and maintain strong communication
• Track progress and performance metrics

You’ll be supported by leadership and trained in both technical knowledge and sales process.
