What Will You Be Doing?

  • Teach kids new skills while playing in their natural environment (i.e., home)
  • Work on individualized goals with kiddos that help them communicate their needs
  • Follow treatment plans developed by a supervisor
  • Collect and record data on client progress and behaviors
  • Provide support to clients and their caregivers
  • Collaborate with team members to make a difference in the lives of children!

What We Offer?

  • $15–$19.50 per hour, depending on RBT experience and skill level
  • Paid training

Position 1

  • Mondays - Fridays: 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM, around Springville/Spanish Fork area, possibly ending at 6 PM



Requirements:

Could you be a great fit?

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience working/volunteering with kids or individuals with disabilities preferred
  • Can pass a background check
  • Own vehicle (reliable) and driver’s license
  • Willingness to travel to client homes and/or community settings
  • Dependable -others can count on you
  • Respond professionally to challenging behaviors, including aggression, following successful completion of required training.
  • Resourceful, energetic, and quick to improvise and create fun, effective learning moments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Desire to learn, work independently, and provide the best care to clients
