New York Community Care is looking to hire a full-time Scheduling Coordinator for our Waterbury, Connecticut office. As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will play an integral part of the agency. Our agency has won numerous awards for employee satisfaction and excellence in patient care.
POSITION SUMMARY:
A Scheduling Coordinator supports the day-to-day schedules of our Home Health Aides. Maintenance of ongoing communication and coordination with the referral, family members, client, healthcare providers and intake sources for all clients is also provided.
