Grounds Keeper IJohn Knox Village is seeking an experienced and dedicated Grounds keeper I on a full-time basis to maintain and ensure that the grounds are in the best possible condition at all times. This Full time position will be from Monday- Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm.As a Grounds Leader, you will be responsible for the followingResponsible for raking.Available for all assets, equipment, edger, blower etc..Responsible for policing grounds for trash.Assist Plant Operations as needed.We would like to speak to someone who has previous grounds keeping experience.Must be able to drive a lawn mower and a golf cart.Must be able to lift 50+ lbsRespond to urgent situations when needed.John Knox Village is a not-for-profit Life Care Retirement Community offering a full range of independent living, assisted living and skilled nursing care options for more than 1,000 senior residents on our 70-acre campus, located in Pompano Beach, convenient to major highways and transportation options.Additional RequirementsThis position requires Level 2 background screening in accordance with Florida law.
