Caregiver - Santa Fe, NM Overnight Only We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of personal care. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for clients, including seniors, individuals with dementia, and those requiring hospice care. Your commitment will help foster a nurturing environment that promotes independence and dignity. Serious candidates only. Availability for day, night, or overnight shifts is a plusProvide service to individuals in their own homes and communities, who need assistance caring for themselves as a result of old age, sickness, disability, and/or other inflictions. Personal Care may include assistance with the activities of daily living, housecleaning, laundry, meal preparation, transportation, companionship, and respite. Responsible for ensuring service is delivered in a caring and respectful manner, in accordance with relevant Agency policies and industry standards.Location Requirement:Santa Fe, NMApplicants must currently live in Santa Fe or be able to reliably commute to this location.ResponsibilitiesProvide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing)Support activities of daily living (meal prep, medication reminders, mobility assistance)Offer companionship and engage clients in social activitiesAssist with light housekeeping to maintain a safe environmentFollow individualized care plans and routinesQualificationsExperience in caregiving or home/community care and nursing home preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCompassionate, dependable, and patient-centered mindsetCPR/First Aid certification is a plus (not required)Schedule & HoursPart-time: 20-30 hours per weekFull-timeFlexible scheduling availableShifts may include:DayEveningOvernightWeekends as neededRequirementsMust be able to commute to or reside in Santa Fe, NM1 year of caregiving experience preferredMust be able to lift at lease 50 lbs.BenefitsFlexible scheduleJoin a team that works hard to exceed client expectations
