Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders, and provide menu recommendations.
• Order Management: Accurately input orders into the system and ensure timely delivery to the kitchen.
• Food Preparation: Assist with food prep and maintain a clean and organized counter area.
• Cash Handling: Process transactions efficiently and handle cash with accuracy.
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside kitchen staff and fellow front-of-house team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills for cash handling.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Schedule
