Are you an experienced RN who knows how to lead a team, solve problems, and keep resident care running smoothly? Avir at Crockett is looking for a dependable and confident Weekend Nurse Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and support to our nursing team.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee nursing operations during weekend shifts

• Support and guide nurses and CNAs

• Ensure residents receive safe, high-quality care

• Respond to clinical concerns and changes in condition

• Assist with staffing, admissions, documentation, and family concerns

• Maintain compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements

• Communicate important updates to facility leadership

What We’re Looking For:

• Current Texas RN license in good standing

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred

• Ability to remain organized and calm in a fast-paced environment

• A hands-on leader who is willing to support the team when needed
