Why This Is a Green-Flag Clinic
This organization meets our standards in:
• All-BCBA leadership — clinician-owned and operated from top to bottom
• Comprehensive benefits package with generous PTO
• Strong RBT retention and a highly trained, experienced RBT team on the floor
• Minimal admin burden — a dedicated admin team handles the extras so BCBAs can focus on clinical care
• Consistent, no-travel clinic schedule that actively protects work/life balance
We don't certify everyone, and we definitely don't promote clinics we wouldn't work at ourselves.
You'd Be a Great Fit If You:
Are a credentialed BCBA
Care deeply about ethical, high-quality ABA
Want a consistent, clinic-based schedule with no travel
Value a close-knit team where leadership is accessible and actually knows your name
Believe admin support should free you up to do clinical work — not the other way around
Want to practice play-based and assent-based ABA in a setting that takes it seriously
Are looking for a stable, family-oriented workplace that protects your time outside of work
